Our Terms & Conditions of Business sets out the basis on which Leads Factory provides its services. Please take a few minutes to read through these before using our services. These terms are valid from April 22nd 2021 until further notice. Corporate Assistance Limited is the owner of Leads Factory.
Our Services
Leads Factory assists businesses with marketing, advertising and financial services. All applicants must read and agree with these terms and conditions before proceeding. We provide these services using our own Leads Distribution System (the system) which we have created for that purpose.
Consumer Protection
Personal information may be collected from you and stored electronically. This information is collected from you whenever you register or modify your account. This information is used by us to contact you and to provide you with any services that you require.
Complaints
Any complaint that you may have in relation to the business services provided by our firm should be made by email to info@leadsfactory.net Any such complaint will be acknowledged within 5 business days of receiving it. Our company will attempt to investigate and resolve a complaint within 40 business days of having received the complaint.
Conflict of Interest
It is the policy of our firm to avoid any conflict of interest when providing services to anyone. However, where an unavoidable conflict may arise we will advise you of this in writing before proceeding to provide any service. If you have not been advised of any such conflict you are entitled to assume that none arises.
Copyright and Site Content
You acknowledge and accept that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content provided as part of the service belong to Leads Factory. You may download material from the system for your own use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you by such downloading. Any other use of the material and content of the system is strictly prohibited and you agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material.

The system is designed to help you to receive and communicate with prospects who may need the services that you provide. The system does not provide any advice, and all quotations provided to your prospects are your own responsibility. Any information we provide you with is provided to the best of our ability and whilst it is believed to be correct, the accuracy of the information is not guaranteed. We have no liability to you with respect to the accuracy of such information. In addition, whilst every effort is made to ensure the information given to you by third parties is up to date, there may be a time delay in receiving that information. You should therefore check the accuracy of the information in all cases. These Terms & Conditions of Business apply to your use of our system and service. An account registration and/or a purchase signifies that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions of Business and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms & Conditions of Business is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms & Conditions of Business shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
